It also helps to release tension in the back, neck, and shoulders, which are the main areas we hold onto stress. The compression of your body also requires you to breathe deeply — a known way to reduce anxiety and stress
Sit or stand and clasp your hands together behind your back, arms straight.
Lift your hands towards the ceiling, going only as high as is comfortable. You should feel a stretch in your shoulders and chest. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds, repeating one to three times.
Now, doing the same workouts day in, day out will leave your body in a comfort zone which means you will not make any progress.
Incorporating some combo exercises into your workouts is a great way to give your body a nice shock which may lead to continuously losing fat and getting toned
These can be done using only 2 dumbbells. Do not focus on using heavy weights, rather use lighter weights and do higher reps. Aim for 3 sets and 15 – 20 reps per exercise.
